Dave is correct

with the agent open, and focus in the agent code, look at the properties panel. There is no infobox/properties box any more with LotusScript agents (unless you turn off the Eclipse based LotusScript editor in preferences). These properties (including trigger) are now in the properties panel below the agent source. If you have minimized this panel, you may need to drag it back up. You can also try a Window/Reset Perspective, in case you have closed the properties tab.

Hopefully the picture below will make it totally clear.
